Learning Objectives Participants should learn the biological basis of tuberous sclerosis and the role of rapamycin in treatment of tuberous sclerosis, the rationale and logistics of video-EEG monitoring in ICU patients, the genetics of photosensitive seizures and preventive measures in susceptible individuals, and the chronobiology and electrocorticographic patterns of epileptiform activity that have been revealed by recordings obtained using chronic intracranial neurostimulators.
