Participants should learn skills that clinicians are frequently asked to perform when working with trainees: writing letters of recommendation, providing feedback, and completing evaluations. Attendees will have the opportunity to apply these skills through guided activities and role play. In addition, the course will highlight inequities in medical education and provide a roadmap to combat inequity that can occur in teaching and assessment.
