Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) encourages respectful listening, fosters observational skills, and promotes collaboration through facilitated discussions of art. Depending on the art theme that is chosen, VTS is a very effective tool in opening meaningful conversations on various topics, including those around inclusion, diversity, equity, antiracism, and social justice (IDEAS) and unconscious bias.
