Learning Objectives The last ten years has seen the development of consensus criteria for NMOSD and 3 FDA-approved treatments, while MOGAD diagnostic criteria are less well defined and there are no FDA approved treatments for MOGAD. Faculty will discuss each disorder in detail, as well as diagnostic challenges and disease mimics. Medication choice and other aspects of treatment will also be discussed, including both on and off label approaches (MOGAD has no approved medications), reflecting current real-world practice and challenges.
