Learning Objectives The program will review pathophysiology of myasthenia gravis (MG), with a focus on biologic mechanisms that are targeted by existing therapies. An expert panel will examine the contemporary approach to treatment, including current guidance for management of MG and the increasing role of new targeted therapies such as FcRn inhibitors and complement inhibitors. Finally, the outstanding unmet treatment needs and the potential of emerging treatments to close remaining treatment gaps will be discussed.
