This session was developed by the Association for University Professors of Neurology (AUPN). Neurology departments share many common attributes, but smaller academic departments face unique challenges and opportunities. The session will focus on the trifecta for small neurology departments: clinical care, education, and research. There will also be ample time for chairs of smaller departments to discuss their challenges and share strategies. All chairs are welcome to attend.
