Following this session participants should be able to: Distinguish autoimmune neuroinflammatory disorders from infectious mimics using clinical presentation, MRI, CSF, and laboratory features across the nervous system; Apply a structured diagnostic approach to acute neuroinflammatory presentations; Identify when to initiate empiric immunotherapy or antimicrobials before diagnostic confirmation; Recognize red flags that help differentiate autoimmune neurologic conditions from mimics.
