By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Differentiate fatigue from sleepiness, apathy, and depression in neurology patients. Recognize the prevalence, clinical features, and impact of fatigue across key neurological disorders (MS, Parkinson’s, stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular disease, long COVID). Apply a structured approach to evaluating fatigue, including relevant history, examination, screening tools, and laboratory/ancillary testing. Implement evidence-based management strategies (pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic), with emphasis on sleep medicine principles, exercise, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and treatment of comorbidities. Engage in case-based discussions that highlight practical pearls and pitfalls in addressing fatigue across diverse neuro clinics
