Define the concept of brain health across the lifespan and describe its relevance to neurologic disease prevention and healthy aging.
Identify and explain the six pillars of lifestyle medicine and their evidence-based impact on neurological health.
Evaluate current scientific evidence linking lifestyle behaviors to the prevention and progression of major neurologic conditions.
Apply principles of lifestyle medicine within a preventive neurology framework, including strategies for primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention.
Integrate lifestyle assessment tools and counseling techniques into clinical neurology practice to promote long-term brain health.
Discuss emerging research and innovations in brain health promotion, including neuroplasticity, the gut–brain axis, and digital health.
