Leadership
In an era where time is a leader’s most limited resource, AI powered platforms and tools are becoming the ultimate thinking partners—drafting memos in minutes, generating counterpoints for sharper arguments, and even revealing bias in our own words.
In this interactive session using a mix of didactic, demonstration and hands-on exploration, neurology leaders will learn how AI platforms can accelerate scholarship, sharpen communication, and strengthen coaching conversations, all while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and trust. Attendees will leave with practical, ethical strategies for weaving AI tools into your daily leadership practice—so you can spend more time leading.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Explore the capabilities and limitations of  how AI-tools can be used in academic and clinical leadership contexts to increase efficiency for common leadership tasks, including drafting slides, emails, grants and proposals.
Use AI tools to adjust tone, identify potential bias in written communication and generate counterarguments, alternative perspectives, or supportive evidence to strengthen presentations, business plans, and proposals.
Integrate AI-generated insights into strategic decision-making and leadership coaching conversations with faculty and trainees as well as best practices for implementation into clinical and administrative workflows.
