Leadership
This program is a facilitated session and networking event, which will begin with a sesion organized by the Division Chief Subcommittee. For the first hour, facilitators will explore two topics important for division chiefs: (1) having difficult conversations and (2) right-sizing divisions. Note: This session is intended for division/section chiefs. The session will run from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m., followed by a networking event from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. Streaming and recording will end at 4:45 p.m.
