By the end of this 2-hour workshop, participants will be able to: 1) Describe the relationship between time affluence and the alignment of daily tasks with personal goals, strengths, and values. 2) Develop personalized strategies to prioritize tasks in alignment with personal and professional goals to enhance time affluence. 3) Evaluate methods to protect time for self-care, relationships, exercise, reflection, and meaningful work that fosters achievement, career satisfaction, and advancement of the field.
