This presentation will review strategies for education coordinators to use when managing an ACGME site visit. How can coordinators shine and take a lead role in the site visit? We’ll talk about setting a timeline, working with your PD to determine roles and dividing responsibilities, gathering the data, preparing the participants, and submitting all documentation on time. We’ll share our experiences with past site visits and discuss challenges that programs may face as they prepare for the site visit.
