A strong partnership between the program director and program coordinator is essential to the success of a training program. Clear roles, mutual respect, and strong communication creates an environment where a program can not only run efficiently, but also thrive and grow. The presenters will talk about their own experience in transitioning a new program director and growing a professional relationship, as well as considerations for others as you navigate a new (or further refine a current) PD/PC partnership.
