Program coordinators play a key role in how feedback and assessment function within residency programs. This session will focus on shifting away from checkbox-style evaluations toward meaningful, actionable feedback that supports resident growth, faculty engagement, and ACGME requirements. Participants will learn practical strategies to reduce evaluation fatigue, build faculty buy-in for better feedback conversations, and use high-quality feedback to more efficiently complete evaluations, milestones, and CCC processes—leading to improved experiences for both residents and faculty.
