We will speak to data on females in academic neurology and trends (leaky pipeline), discuss what our mission and goals were in the initiative, overview of findings, and development of plans to address findings and inequities. Faculty will include our vice chair of faculty development (a new position from this task force), and three other female faculty who are part of the task force. We have recently been doing an initiative to improve equity for women in our neurology department. It would be great to present on this initiative, our findings and our goals/accomplishments.
