With ever increasing demands and a fixed number of hours in the day, neurologists may ask why they should participate in peer review when asked by a journal.  Those who have not reviewed much before, if at all, may find the prospect intimidating or think that peer review does not help their careers.  This interactive session with two Editors in the Neurology® family of journals will provide tips that will demystify the process, explain how peer review is beneficial for all involved, explore ethical issues, and provide guidance on navigating potential conflicts of interest. Conversation Corners are intended to be interactive sessions. Please bring your questions and prepare to participate in an engaging discussion.
