Contract negotiation at any stage of your career can be a daunting and even haunting process if not done thoughtfully. How do you decide what’s fair compensation for your role and responsibilities? What are some of the non-financial asks you should consider, and how should you negotiate around these asks? How can you set yourself, and your team, up for success? If considering a private practice model, what factors should you evaluate before making the leap? How do compensation structures, overhead, autonomy, and risk differ from employed models? Join this program on the ins and outs of contract negotiation to support your professional and personal goals.
