Learning Objectives Participants will understand and be able to explain to medical students, residents and fellows how seminal clinical observations, animal experimentation and anatomical discoveries initiated and refined the neurological examination. The participants will know who discovered and how the neurological examination evolved for aphasia, apraxia, cerebellar ataxia, movement disorders and cutaneous reflexes. Participants will use overlooked techniques to improve their examinations and will be able to localize lesions more accurately.
