Learning Objectives Upon completion, participants should be able to appropriately order EEG studies in the diagnostic evaluation of epilepsy; identify interictal and ictal epileptiform patterns in neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly; and correctly interpret focal and generalized epileptiform patterns to aid in seizure and epilepsy syndrome classification.
