Participants should be familiar with the causes and clinical features of BPPV including the features of the characteristic positional nystagmus of BPPV and how to lateralize to the affected ear and semicircular canal and be comfortable treating the common form of BPPV (posterior canal) using canalith repositioning and be familiar with the treatment for the less common variants of BPPV.
