1. Appreciate the critical importance of sleep to normal cerebral functioning;
2. Understand evolving evidence regarding the bidirectional associations between sleep, sleep disorders, and neurodegeneration;
3. Recognize evolving diagnostic standards, the strong prognostic association with synucleinopathies, and employ effective treatment approaches in patients with REM sleep behavior disorder.
4. Determine best therapies for patients with restless legs syndrome, including those with augmentation.
