Neuromuscular and Clinical Neurophysiology (EMG)
Participants should be able to demonstrate the ability to recognize the auditory firing patterns of EMG waveforms, understand the significance of abnormal recruitment changes in motor unit potential in diseases, recognize morphologic MUP changes according to the temporal course of a neuromuscular disease, learn to identify common and uncommon abnormal spontaneous EMG waveforms, and correlate EMG abnormalities with underlying neuromuscular diseases.
