Participants should become familiar with patients with uncontrolled seizures and be able to efficiently and thoroughly evaluate people who present with drug-resistance or seizure emergencies and accurately apply concepts from case presentations using ILAE terminology and classification system for epilepsy; choose appropriate first-line treatments; and recognize and know how to evaluate common case scenarios.
