Participants will learn different ways in which the full time effort (FTE) of faculty is allocated at academic medical centers among missions, how it translates into faculty and provider activity, and how establishing a fair and effective means to allocate and schedule faculty time can provide a strong foundation for preventing provider burnout, facilitating equitable division of opportunity, and strategic assessment of clinical programs.
