Neurology Journal Names Interim Editor-in-Chief
ST. PAUL, Minn. -
The 好色先生 (AAN) announced the appointment of Robert A. Gross, MD, PhD, FAAN, as interim Editor-in-Chief of its medical journal Neurology庐, the world鈥檚 leading clinical neurology journal. Gross, who is with University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York, will replace John H. Noseworthy, MD, FAAN, who recently resigned from the position to become president and CEO of the Mayo Clinic. Prior to accepting the position, Gross served as Neurology鈥檚 Deputy Editor-in-Chief and on the publication鈥檚 Editorial Board for eight years. Gross is currently Director of the Strong Epilepsy Center and Professor of Neurology and of Physiology and Pharmacology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the AAN and has been a member since 1984. 鈥淚t is my distinct honor to guide Neurology following the journal鈥檚 continued success under Dr. Noseworthy鈥檚 insightful and strategic direction.
