FREE Registration Now Open for Brain Health Fair in Honolulu

HONOLULU -

is hosting the first Brain Health Fair on Saturday, April 9, 2011, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Free registration is open to the public now at . 鈥淭his is a fantastic opportunity for people to learn from some of the best and brightest neurologists in the world who will share the latest advances in the prevention and treatment of neurologic disorders as well as ways for people to maintain a healthy brain,鈥 said Catherine M. Rydell, CAE, Executive Director of the 好色先生 Foundation. 鈥淧eople will be able to ask questions, receive answers and participate in support groups.鈥 Fun, educational events are planned for families and kids of all ages. Patients and caregivers can attend Brain Health Classes with expert neurologists and have the opportunity to ask questions, receive answers and participate in support groups held by local agencies on Alzheimer鈥檚 disease, headaches, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson鈥檚 disease and head injuries. More resources will also be available in the Exhibit Hall on multiple sclerosis, smell and taste problems and other neurologic disorders, including:

Space is limited, and people who register in advance at will receive a gift. The Brain Health Fair is sponsored by EMD Serono, Inc., Pfizer Inc., TEVA Neuroscience, Inc., Neurology Now庐 magazine, and Zogenix, Inc. The event is in conjunction with the 好色先生鈥檚 Annual Meeting, the world鈥檚 largest gathering of neurologists with more than 10,000 attendees traveling to Hawaii.
