Registration and badge pick-up 

Registration and badge pick-up will be at the registration desk outside of the Julius Ballroom starting at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 6. Registration will be available throughout the conference.

Attendee meals 

Breakfast: Served Thursday-Sunday mornings from 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

Lunch: Served Thursday in Julius 13/14 from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. and Friday-Sunday in the exhibit hall from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. 

Coffee breaks: Coffee is available with breakfast and lunch each day.

Exhibit Hall Reception: Return to the exhibit hall from 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 7, for the Exhibit Hall Reception to network with colleagues and enjoy drinks and light snacks.

Lactation and prayer rooms: Private rooms for nursing, pumping, and/or praying are available for use during the conference. Visit the registration desk for access to these rooms.  

Dietary requests: The daily attendee lunch always includes one option that is vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free. Kosher and halal meals must be special-ordered and noted on your original registration form. Contact registration to determine availability. 

Speakers/presenters 

Speakers or presenters with materials or a presentation to upload can go to Speaker Ready in the Partition room during the following hours: 

• Thursday, November 6:  7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Friday, November 7: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 8: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Sunday,  November 9:  7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
