Leadership Engagement Subcommittee
The Leadership Engagement Subcommittee is responsible for developing opportunities and resources for sustained engagement and ongoing leadership development of leadership program graduates. This subcommittee has the primary responsibility for gathering and maintaining data with which the Leadership Development Committee can measure and communicate its effectiveness and value to relevant stakeholders.
This subcommittee reports to the Leadership Development Committee (LDC).

Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities and resources for sustained leadership engagement and the ongoing development of AAN leadership program graduates
- Advocate for AAN leadership program graduates in current and future leadership roles across the field of neurology
- Demonstrate and communicate the value of the AAN leadership programs
- Collect, maintain, and analyze data to measure the value of the AAN leadership programs and to update the LDC about the ongoing leadership development needs of AAN leadership program graduates.
Appointment
Members are eligible to serve a maximum of three two-year terms.
Estimated time commitment
- Quarterly 60-90 minute conference calls as needed.
- Participate in discussions and email votes as relevant issues arise
