Learning Objectives Participants will become familiar with assessment of the comatose patient, outcome prognostication in coma, and treatment directed speci?cally at improving consciousness and cognitive recovery. Faculty will highlight the state of the science in disorders of consciousness and outline the gaps that remain. This program will provide valuable insights to participants who consult on or care for patients with disorders of consciousness in the intensive care unit or in long term recovery.
