Topic(s) Neuro-rehabilitation

Learning Objectives Learners will identify spatial neglect, and the need for prism adaptation therapy, in stroke survivors. Learners will recognize applications of braintranscranial magnetic and electrical stimulation of the brain as novel interventions for nurological cognitive deficits. Learners will comprehend and will apply proven concepts in order to stand up a program providing noninvasive brain stimulation for depression and other neuropsychiatric conditions. Learners will describe the range of restorative therapies available and identify approaches by which biomarkers can aid study design and results interpretation.
