Participants will: Review the diagnostic criteria and treatment options of parasomnias in adults, including REM behavior disorder; Describe the normal variants of sleep, the theories of REM sleep and the influence of the pandemic on sleep patterns; Identify the risk factors and the patients at risk for parasomnias and its consequences.
