Best practices and format of feedback sessions are discussed, highlighting the practices that are most important to consider in an attitude-based feedback session. Interactive illustrative cases provide the opportunity to apply learning points. Participants should be able to relay best practices for effective feedback, including when, where, and how feedback should be delivered. Participants should be able to discuss the pitfalls to giving effective feedback, and what to avoid in a feedback conversation. Participants will understand when to prioritize attitude-based feedback. Participants will apply this knowledge by experimenting with cases requiring attitude-based feedback, including feedback "up" to superiors.
