Leadership
Participants will hear from top health care leaders on how they are addressing current challenges in health care, both locally and nationally, while maintaining their own wellbeing. Discussion topics will highlight leadership competencies needed for systems level leadership, including navigating systems, leading large scale change, setting strategy and influencing others. Participants should gain concrete strategies to 'get a seat at the table' while battling imposter syndrome, develop strategies to evaluate professional commitments in order to maintain personal wellbeing while affecting change, and discover different paths to affecting change in healthcare within a constrained environment.
