Participants should gain an understanding of the most common places burnout originates in neurology with presentations focusing on the ways in which one can use existing infrastructure centered around quality improvement to mitigate burnout and maximize both wellness and success at both the institutional and national level. The panel will help the audience to think through their own specific scenarios during a time for questions and discussion.
