Leadership
Inclusive, ethical leaders practice fairness, accountability, trust, honest, equity and respect with and for colleagues, caregivers, patients and community members. Inclusive leaders take a holistic approach to ethical dilemmas and challenging decisions, observing the situation with curiosity, examining their own biases, weighing compliance with intent, considering the impact on all stakeholders and acting with compassion.
