Leadership
The role of vice chair in academic neurology departments can take a range of forms and scope. In this panel discussion, some vice chairs will discuss the qualifications, range of job descriptions, and benefits of being a neurology vice chair. Presenters will address the vice chair role in a variety of mission areas including education, research, clinical affairs, faculty development, and diversity. Audience participation will be encouraged, and the panel will conclude with a Q & A session.
