Learning Objectives Upon completion:
Participants should be able to utilize the newest disease modifying treatments for multiple sclerosis; apply evidence-based approaches to the treatment and prevention of stroke; recognize and treat the common headache syndromes; diagnose and treat the major causes of dizziness; recognize the important neuro-ophthalmologic disorders seen in neurology practice; prescribe up-to-date treatments for the important neuropathic disorders; recognize and treat the common sleep disorders; and recognize the important myopathies and neuromuscular diseases.

The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has reviewed Update in Neurology I and has approved this product as part of a comprehensive lifelong learning program, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of maintenance of certification.
