Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology (EEG)
Upon completion:
Participants should have an understanding of the characteristics of complex partial seizures; when to initiate AED therapy in their patients with epilepsy and which patients may be candidates to safely medicate; approaches to the patient with epilepsy who has difficulty controlling seizures; and when to incorporate older and newer therapies.

The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has reviewed Clinical Epilepsy I and has approved this product as part of a comprehensive lifelong learning program, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of maintenance of certification.
