This session summarizes how anti-amyloid monoclonals (such as lecanemab) and next-generation α-synuclein antibodies (prasinezumab) are reshaping treatment paradigms, with emphasis on biomarker-driven patient selection, ARIA monitoring, and evolving coverage policy. Participants will gain familiarity with and able to apply current best practice in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson disease, atypical Parkinsonian syndromes, dystonia, essential tremor, ataxia, and chorea. They will receive an update on major new breakthroughs in these conditions, including new medications, devices, and surgical treatments.
