Learning Objectives Participants should be able to understand the history and evolution of myasthenia gravis treatments from acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and oral immunosuppressants to the development of novel targeted therapies; understand the mechanisms of action of novel myasthenia gravis treatment, including complement inhibitors and neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) blockers; and learn how to integrate antibody subtype, disease severity and comorbidities to develop indivdualized treatment strategies.
