Discover effective strategies for onboarding, training, and retaining key staff, with a focus on supporting APPs and MAs while fostering a strong, sustainable team environment. During this session attendees will: Apply best practices for onboarding and training Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and other key staff; Identify strategies to support and retain APPs in both clinical and administrative roles; Implement effective engagement and retention approaches for MAs and practice management staff; Foster a supportive team culture that promotes long-term staff satisfaction and performance.
