Sports Neurology
Participants should become familiar with the new clinical-biomarker-imaging-modifier (CBI-M) framework and explain how it addresses limitations of the traditional GCS-based classification system. They will be able to identify implementation gaps between evidence-based guidelines and clinical practice specifically with regards to sex/gender differences, military TBI, sport-specific diagnosis and management. Participants should also synthesize new research in the clinical and translational realms.
