Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology (EEG)
Participants should be able to employ a systematic approach that balances sensitivity and specificty of abnormal EEG findings. This will allow accurate interpretation of normal and abnormal EEG to address the most common clinical questions such as epilepsy, degree of encephalopathy, or electrophysiologic signs of cortical dysfunction while minimizing inadvertent/inaccurate misdiagnoses of epilepsy.
