Learning Objectives Participants should be able to dentify significant changes in neurophysiologic intraoperative monitoring (NIOM) data that warrant alerting the surgeon of potential complications; understand the physiological mechanisms behind changes in potentials and their correlation with potential neurological injury; and develop effective communication strategies for relaying actionable and meaningful NIOM alerts to surgeons based on the data.
