Autoimmune Neurology
Participants should be able to distinguish autoimmune neuroinflammatory disorders from infectious mimics using clinical presentation, MRI, CSF, and laboratory features across the nervous system; apply a structured diagnostic approach to acute neuroinflammatory presentations; identify when to initiate empiric immunotherapy or antimicrobials before diagnostic confirmation; and recognize red flags that help differentiate autoimmune neurological conditions from mimics.
