Upon completion, participants will be able to: Identify proven neurological AEFIs in children and adults and their association with certain vaccines; Understand the neurobiological basis of the neurological AEFIs; Comprehend the scientific basis for the presence or absence of associations between immunizations and certain neurological disorders (such as multiple sclerosis and neurodevelopmental disabilities) and be able to utilize this information in interactions with patients; Recognize benefits and limitations of immunizations for neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis and epilepsy; Know existing systems to report and investigate potential neurological AEFIs.
