Participants will learn the fundamentals of curriculum development, with a focus on applying educational theory through Kern’s 6-Step Approach and Kirkpatrick’s 4-Level Model to guide the design and evaluation of neurology education curricula. Participants should be able to apply both frameworks to a real-world curricular problem by identifying needs, developing instructional strategies, and outlining meaningful assessment methods.
