Through real-world examples, the course demonstrates how neurologists and practice leaders have transformed digital feedback into actionable changes in staff training, patient communication, and service design. This session fills a critical gap in practical guidance for neurologists, aligning with AAN’s priorities around quality, patient-centered care, and advocacy—while also addressing health equity by examining how online reviews may reflect or amplify disparities in access and experience.
