1. Describe the key structural and social determinants contributing to health care disparities in neurology. 2. Identify strategies used in NINDS HERN-funded projects to address disparities through community engagement, participatory design, and novel care models. 3. Apply a framework for designing equity-focused neurological interventions grounded in implementation science and stakeholder collaboration. 4. Evaluate success metrics and barriers in translating neuroscience research into community impact.
